Position Overview

A prominent Florida insurance defense firm is hiring an experienced litigation paralegal for its Tallahassee office. The role covers auto, trucking, and premises liability cases through the full lifecycle: independently managing cases from inception to trial, investigative and social media searches, reviewing claim files, discovery, depositions and medical records, working with experts, preparing presentations, and assisting with trial and mediation preparation.

Qualifications

Litigation paralegal experience with an insurance defense background; Certified Paralegal (CP) a plus.

Experience

Law firm litigation experience, preferably insurance defense, with the full case lifecycle.
