Position Overview

A prominent Florida insurance defense firm is hiring a litigation attorney for its Orlando office. The role handles general liability and casualty defense matters, running your own caseload from intake through trial — pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation and trial work.

Qualifications

Active Florida Bar license in good standing; strong legal writing and deposition skills.

Experience

3–5 years of civil litigation experience, ideally insurance defense (general liability, premises liability, auto/trucking).
