Position Overview

A Maryland personal injury firm is hiring an associate attorney to handle plaintiff personal injury and workers' compensation matters, running your own files from intake through resolution: discovery, depositions, negotiations, hearings, and trial work.

Qualifications

Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.

Experience

3–5 years of litigation experience — personal injury, workers' compensation, or related civil litigation; experience running your own caseload and first-chair or district court experience preferred.
