Position Overview

A Maryland employment law firm is hiring an associate attorney for its management-side labor and employment practice. The role focuses on employment litigation and a large EEOC caseload, defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and leave matters, along with day-to-day counseling.

Qualifications

Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.

Experience

Mid-level associate experience in labor and employment law, including agency (EEOC) practice and employment litigation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A management-side employment litigator who is comfortable in front of agencies and courts and enjoys advising employers, not just litigating against them.
